SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Foxhills Timber will not accept returns on items which have been specially manufactured or customized.
All Oak orders will incur a 15% restock fee even if the products are yet to be delivered, this is to cover our costs of ordering from the sawmill.
All other items returned are liable for a 10% restock charge at our discretion.
We accept returns and exchanges if products are not as ordered or are damaged at no cost, in line with our terms above. Items that not been used, cut, screwed, nailed etc and are to the original spec and length as delivered will only be accepted for exchange or refund. Please see our Shipping and returns page for more details.
We cannot accept returns on products that fall within a reasonable size tolerance as described above. All natural products and those machined / manufactured are likely to have a tolerance of 0.5mm - 10mm difference of the size advertised including width, height and length of the product, this will depend on the type, grade and sizing of the timber as we offer a wide variety of timber sizes.
In the event your delivery is incorrect, the wrong item or size or any damage to products delivered you must notify us within 48 hours. We reserve the right come out and look at the issue and may ask you to provide photographic evidence prior to offering a replacement or refund to you.
DELIVERY POLICY
How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed online will be delivered Monday to Friday (We can deliver on Saturday mornings), excluding Bank Holidays.

Once we have received your order we will contact you to notify you of your delivery date, we cannot however provide a specific time slot. All deliveries are made between 8am - 16:00pm

Orders will be delivered kerbside, this does not include placing goods into gardens so please make sure there is someone there to help with the offload.

If click and collect is the only option being displayed at checkout, please get in touch with us before placing your order to check if we can deliver as you will be outside of our delivery areas. Any orders placed as click and collect orders and then requested for delivery may be cancelled and a 10% charge applied to any refund to cover our costs.
Delivery charges via the Foxhills Delivery Network:
Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire:
Standard Delivery: 2-5 working day lead time. £30 charge on all orders under £450.
Next day delivery: Next day if ordered before 2pm (Excludes weekends and public holidays). £50 delivery charge on all next day orders. *Next day delivery is excluded from our free delivery on orders over £450*.
Block Paving, Slabs and Bulk Bags to GU1 - GU51 is charged at £45.00 per pallet. Delivery takes 3 - 5 Working days and is made on a tail lift to kerb side only. Failed delivery attempts may beapplied an attempted charge. All prices are subject to Fuel surcharge and VAT
Orders under £450 will incur a £30.00 delivery charge.
Orders over £450 will have free delivery (Depending on location). *Excludes next day delivery*
Click and collect is free from our site in Windlesham, you will receive a ready to collect email once the order can be picked up. Please allow 1 working day from point of order for collection.
Parts of Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Kent:
For customers in Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Kent a delivery charge of £70.00 is applied at checkout. Click and collect is offered as usual.
Orders to these areas of £1,500 or more are free delivery.

Palletised Delivery Nationwide (Bulk Bags, Paving and Block Paving)
We now offer a Nationwide delivery option for our bulk bags and other palletizable products. When checking out you will see options available for delivery for the items in your basket. Please note that only Bulk Bags, Cement, Postmix and other small bagged aggregates can be delivered via a pallet network.
The standard charge for this option is £65.00 Including VAT, which is chargeable per pallet. We are unable to offer a collect and return on any items sent via a pallet network. Pallet delivery is a kerbside delivery service only. Failed delivery attempts may be
applied an attempted charge. All prices are subject to Fuel surcharge and VAT
